As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a dynamic, insightful, and accomplished marketer with particular expertise in paid media management (Google + social media channels) and digital marketing principles.
Reporting to the Director, your role will primarily be developing and supporting our strategic partnership clients with generalist marketing support and executing effective paid media campaigns both for our clients and own brand.
As well as having a deep understanding of marketing principles, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving measurable results, you’ll be the ultimate team player; smart, humble and hungry for the success of our agency.
- You’re a self-motivated technical digital marketer; you know the front and backend of digital
platforms like the back of your hand, - You’re not afraid to create content and put yourself in front of the camera

maintaining close connections with our clients and the rest of the team while being
accountable for your own workload.
Your Responsibilities will span our clients and our brand:
- Create, manage, and drive paid social strategies and campaigns on various social channels
for our clients, particularly across Google, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok. - Develop captivating content for these campaigns including copywriting, design and video
editing. - Manage ongoing optimisation for campaigns based on performance and campaign objectives
- Ensure all campaigns are managed in a timely manner and achieve targeted KPIs based on
set budgets. - Prepare and analyse reports to provide business insights and new recommendations for
further business growth. - Manage the Business Suite accounts across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest,
Google and TikTok, ensuring all pages are set up correctly and running smoothly. - Build on our current processes to manage and scale our agency’s growth.
- Develop and implement social media content strategies aligned with our overall content
strategy and brand messaging. - Create and publish engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience
and drives engagement and conversions. - Collaborate closely with our account management team to deliver briefs that can manage
those projects from inception to completion. - Keep abreast of industry trends and implement innovative and exciting solutions.
Qualifications + experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Real-world learning is just as valuable to us. - An exceptional eye for design and killer copywriting skills.
- The ability to produce engaging Reels and TikTok videos – Video production skills for
short-form content are essential. - Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite .
- Experience generating creative content for diverse audiences across both B2B and B2C
sectors. - Proven digital marketing experience, especially in social and paid media management, with a
minimum of 3 years in the game. Agency experience gets you bonus points. - A proven track record of driving results and meeting marketing objectives through smart
campaign management. - Confident in navigating the backend of WordPress (Elementor) and have the technical
marketing skills to match. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and innovate.
- Experience in SEO strategy design and implementation is viewed favourably.
