Meet Mariana, a cornerstone of our team who brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to the table. Starting her career in the lively hospitality sector and then venturing into the hands-on world of horticulture, she’s found her true calling as our indispensable virtual assistant.
She has an innate ability to take complex ideas and distill them into actionable tasks. When we’re in the brainstorming phase, awash with thoughts and possibilities, Mariana is the one who brings clarity. She organises these ideas into a coherent plan that not only makes sense but actually gets executed.
In her capacity as our Admin and Operations Lead, Mariana handles administrative assistance and appointment scheduling to customer service and support. Her attention to detail is further showcased in her SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) development.
Mariana crafts these procedures to perfection, ensuring our operations are not just efficient but consistently high-performing. She also takes it upon herself to refine the client journey, subtly elevating the customer experience to foster increased satisfaction and loyalty.
